Objectives:
Design, prototype, and launch a B2B AI assistant platform tailored to facilitate research & discovery through complex, thousand-page documents in bureaucratic industries targeting businesses such as civil engineering, law firms, and real estate.

Situation & Tasks:
Recognizing a gap in the market for a content-based AI assistants specific to civil engineering needs, Arcaidia looked to launch an intuitive, user-friendly AI web-app and platform for non-technical users.

Actions:
Led product design, rapid prototyping, and engineered of the platform, custom AI tools, & API layer. Delivered all requirements including:

  • Delivering attractive front-of-house web-design along with GTM product funnel

  • Implementing user authentication & management services scalable to over 10,000 users

  • Integrated headless API’s for dynamic content management and client-specific platform designs

  • Developed AI fine-tuning process delivering models for 1000+ page documents

  • Designed user-roles within client account architecture such that multiple users from the same client can leverage the product while restricting account settings and new users to client-administrators

  • Integrated automated SaaS payment & charging methods

  • Designed & developed 3 product dashboards – AI models, projects & teams, and admin overview

  • Designed & developed api-based AI chat function permitting plug-and-play interactions with diverse AI models, programs, and future AI tools/functionality

Results:
Designed, developed, and tested rapid prototype of end-to-end web platform. Successfully launched a market-ready product within 2 months.
